14th January 2:00 – 4:15: Portrait demonstration in Oil by Jillian Eldridge who is a full time artist and art teacher currently based at the Rye creative centre.

11th February 2:00 – 4:15: Mixed media demonstration by Rowena McWilliams. Rowena was Head of Art & English at Marlborough House School for 15 years. As a practising artist her work is inspired by the landscape and pottery.

11th March 2:00 – 4:15: Talk by Sarah Ciacci a professional blue badge tourist guide and art historian on Lord Leighton and aesthetic movement.English landscape with a wintry theme.

8th April 11:00 – 3:45: After a couple of years we welcome back John Hoffman to do a workshop – something different with pastels.

13th May 2:00 – 4:15: Impressionistic flowers in watercolour with Barbara Valentine. Barbara is also an award winning Miniature painter and art teacher based at Mountfield.

10th June 2:00 – 4:15: Pen and wash landscape with SAA artist Teresa Currie. Teresa is a professional artist and tutor, whose work is inspired by dreams, landscape, literature & wildlife.

8th July 2:00 – 4:15: Acrylic townscape demonstration by Joel Wareing a practising artist and teacher based in Surrey.

9th September 11:00 – 3:45: After last year’s demonstration, we welcome back Juliette Dodd to do a portrait workshop in pencil/charcoal.

14th October 2:00 – 4:15: Watercolour Seascape by SAA artist Vicki Griggs. Vicki is a professional artist and tutor based in Broadstairs in the Little Art Gallery.

11th November 2:00 – 4:30: A.G.M. including annual club painting competition (any subject, any medium) and the Betty Muffitt Award – subject “British landscapes in watercolour”.
